  
The original Litehouse Bleu Cheese dressing was created over 50 years ago by Chef Ed Hawkins. Customers would bring their jars to the Litehouse Restaurant to take some home, and it has been our number one selling flavor ever since. We still make it to order in small batches with the freshest ingredients, homemade mayonnaise and buttermilk and our own hand-crafted Idaho Bleu Cheese crumbles.
